After 7 years of civil marriage, it's time to finalise what we once started so hastily. We have decided to take our copper wedding anniversary as an opportunity to get married in church.
We invite you to accompany us on this journey and to celebrate with us afterwards.
Please let us know by January 31st, 2025 via the contact form at the bottom of the page whether and how many of you are planning to come to the celebration. It is important for us to receive the full names of all participants of the celebration!

Church wedding ceremony
Our wedding ceremony will take place at St. Georg:

The ceremony will commence at 13:30 and we kindly ask you to use the parking lot at the sports ground:

Celebration at the Weidenseehof farm
We will leave the church grounds immediately after the ceremony and drive to the Weidendeehof farm at 64850 Schaafheim, Germany. The distance is about 30 minutes by car.
The champagne reception will take place there and we look forward to recieve your congratulations then.
Logistics
The indoor riding arena at Weidenseehof will be made available to us for car parking. Please use this area and keep all other paths clear for the wedding logistics.
The inner courtyard is reserved for catering, childcare and of course the bridal couple!

We have not reserved any contingents for our guests at these locations. If necessary, please organise your accommodation in good time.
There will be a chargable shuttle service to the neighbouring hotels during the night. Your cars can stay in the indoor riding arena at Weidenseehof until the following day.
FAQ & AGB
Photographs and other recordings
We are hiring an experienced photographer for our wedding and ask you not to produce your own recordings (photos, videos, sound). Everyone who comes to our wedding automatically agrees to the photographs taken by our photographer, which will later be available to ALL guests as part of a picture gallery. These photos are intended exclusively for your private use and may not be reproduced or published, especially not in social networks of any kind.
Games and
contributions
We have already provided sufficient entertainment so that no contributions to the ceremony are necessary. If you would like to make your own contribution, please coordinate this with our witnesses:

Rainy weather
When choosing your outfit, please bear in mind that we are celebrating on a farm in the middle of a field. There is a possibility that we will not be spared some mud.
Childcare
We are planning to organise childcare in the afternoon. Please bring a change of clothes for your children, which may get dirty or take on colour. You are responsible for and need to supervise your children during the entire event!
Gifts
We only ask for monetary gifts to finance the celebration and honeymoon. Our household is complete and we do not require any material gilfts.
Dress code
What better occasion to wear fine clothes than a wedding? We don't prescribe a dress code, but of course we are happy to welcome smart guests!
FYI, if relevant: Our colours will be navy blue and copper.
